Tax
Our primary area of expertise, we provide a variety of tax planning and compliance services for businesses, individuals and not-for-profit entities. We work hand in hand with you to minimize your income tax burden and help plan to keep away any unwanted surprises. We realize taxes are a year round issue, not something to simply be dealt with once a year, before the filing deadline. Accordingly, we keep in touch with you throughout the year, keeping you informed of any changes in the tax law that may affect you or your business. We can also help you deal with other tax reporting issues, whether it simply consists of filing a 990 for a not-for-profit or a 5271 for a pension fund at the end of the year, or complying with sales, payroll, or other excise taxes such as tobacco and gasoline.
Consulting
We also offer a variety of consulting services. While we include tax planning with our basic tax compliance services, and make operating suggestions based on what we observe in our accounting functions, we also provide project based consulting services.
